Managing your hotel's OTA contribution is more important than ever. An increasing number of travelers use OTA for booking, more so with younger generations. Over 80% of travelers between the ages of 18 to 54 use online travel agents.
Manage OTA uses different techniques to maximize your profitability and bottom line from this segment. There are far more to OTAs than discounted and highly commissioned bookings.
Our agreement with you is month to month with a 30 days notice. So no long-term commitment is required, you stay with us as long as it benefits you and you are happy with our service. Our multiple packages support your OTAs, Revenue Manamgnet, Marketing, and Online Presence. We do not interfere or engage in your day-to-day operations. The packages are highly competitive, with no hidden fees for the listed services.
Package A:
Bi-Weekly OTA Monitoring Service.
Biweekly (once every two weeks) Monitoring Service Subscription

Bi-Weekly Revenue Management Subscription.
Bi-Weekly Revenue Management Subscription. Twice a month.

BiWeekly OTA and RM
Review, recommend, and, if permitted, manage strategies for BOTH OTAs ( Booking and Expedia Groups) and the Hotel's Revenue Management Extranet every other week.

Weekly Revenue Management Subscription.
Weekly Revenue Management Subscription.
Package E:
OTA + Revenue + Marketing
Biweekly, Booking, Expedia, Revenue Management, and Marketing plus a more comprehensive portal. Review, recommend, and, if permitted, manage strategies for BOTH OTAs ( Booking and Expedia Groups) and the Hotel's Revenue Management Extranet every other week. Remote Marketing with reports every other week. Package E includes listing in up to three relevant websites. Manage Facebook and Google pages. This package consists of an enhanced APP Portal. NOTE: Our team will send the report once per two weeks but will monitor the market frequently. Hotel owners are encouraged to communicate with the team about special events and sold-out days.
